At Ashaarya, every piece of jewellery is thoughtfully crafted and carefully inspected before it reaches you. Because jewellery is personal in nature and worn close to the skin, we follow a mindful policy that helps us maintain the quality, hygiene, and experience our brand stands for.
About Refunds
At present, we do not offer monetary refunds.
Once an order is confirmed, it is considered final. This allows us to ensure that every piece you receive is handled with care and remains untouched before delivery.
Store Credit (In Select Situations)
If you receive a piece with a manufacturing concern or if it has been affected during transit, we’re here to help.After a brief review, store credit may be offered in rare and genuine cases, at Ashaarya’s discretion.
Please note:
- Store credit is issued in place of cash refunds
- It is non-transferable
- It cannot be redeemed for cash
If Your Piece Arrives Damaged
To make sure we can support you fairly and efficiently, we kindly ask for a clear unboxing video when reporting any damage.
The video should:
- Be recorded before opening the package
- Clearly show the sealed parcel and shipping label
- Be continuous and unedited
- Capture the complete unboxing process
This helps us verify concerns quickly and avoid any misunderstandings.
What We Consider as Damage
We define damage as:
- Broken jewellery
- Missing components
- Structural issues that affect wearability
The following are considered natural variations and are not treated as damage:
- Minor surface marks
- Slight differences in colour or finish
- Gentle bends caused by handling
- Outer packaging wear during shipping
Reporting Timeline
We request that any concerns related to damage be shared with us within 24 hours of delivery, so we can assist you at the earliest.
Returns
As a standard practice, jewellery purchased from Ashaarya is considered a final sale, and we do not offer returns.
Exceptional Requests
In very rare situations where a return is approved:
- Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer
- The piece must be unused and in its original packaging
- It should be securely packed to prevent damage during transit
- The return address will be shared once approval is granted
While we do our best to guide you, Ashaarya is unable to take responsibility for:
- Loss or damage during return transit
- Courier-related delays
- Returns sent without prior approval
