If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please write to us within 24 hours of delivery at customercare@ashaarya.com. To ensure a smooth resolution, we request a clear unboxing video of the unopened parcel.
For hygiene and quality reasons, earrings and sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. In certain cases, we may offer store credit so you can continue enjoying Ashaarya comfort jewellery.
